Team Janica Racing's primary mission is the training and education of motorsports enthusiasts through classroom and on-track experience. Whether you are a novice looking to build general confidence behind the wheel of your car or an advance road course driver wanting to sharpen your skills, Team Janica Racing will teach you to become a better and safer driver, which can be applied to your everyday real world experiences.

While classroom training is an integral part of the total package it's equally important to place you behind the wheel of specially prepared vehicles so you can apply what you've learned. Understanding vehicle dynamics and applying them to skill tests such as threshold braking, emergency lance maneuvers, slalom and wet and dry skid pad testing will better equip you to handle most any emergency situation thrown your way in the crazy world of every day driving we do!

For the more advanced drivers we also offer hot lapping of vehicles in a couple of different manners on some of the premier tracks in and around the Chicagoland area. We will conduct lead follow sessions, (where students follow an instructor around the track at a comfortable pace learning the proper "line") and we'll also put an instructor in the passenger seat with a student for personalized one-to-one training.

We offer half day, full day and even two day courses depending on the need. Remember, our primary goal is to make you a SAFER driver!
